In operation starting in April 2003, our relatively new website is designed to provide homeowners with a way to receive a free and accurate comparative market analysis on their home. We send these house value requests to agents of the appropriate zip code as potential leads. Agents only need to register for our website and fax us a referral fee agreement and pay the sign up fee of $99 in order to become a member of our website. When registering, agents are asked for the zip codes they want to receive leads from and once chosen, all leads from the zip codes from that agent are sent to up to 5 agents, but only one agent can claim the lead. The leads are claimed on a first come-first serve basis.

The only fee we charge is a 30% referral fee of commission if an agent is able to close on a lead provided by our website.

Once an agent has both registered for our website, faxed the referral fee agreement, and paid sign up fee of $99, he/she begins to receive lead notifications by email and must login into their account in order to accept the lead and retrieve lead details. We ask that the agent’s priority be to send the client a house value report in less than 48 hours and then inquire further about their interests in selling their home.

www.house-values-cma.com or www.FindHouseValue.com are our former domain names we used for our website. Current domain name is www.ValuesInfo.com and www.Real-Estate-Values.com.   We would like to mention that we offer an exclusive deal for agents that can rarely be found anywhere else. We charge no monthly payments, only a referral fee if you close with a lead provided by our website. Pay only when you get paid!

Where do our leads come from?

Our website is set-up for homeowners who would like an accurate and up-to-date house value report of their home. Homeowners fill out our form, completing such details as their contact information, address, details of their home, and any special features, and we send these requests on to agents as potential leads.

How are the zip codes allotted?

When agents register for our website, we ask to list a maximum of 30 zip codes the agent is interested in receiving leads from. Up to 5 agents are allowed per zip code, but each individual lead can be accepted by only one agent. Leads are provided on a first come-first serve basis. As more and more agents register for our site, we realize less and less zip codes are available. However, we stress that agents accept whatever zip codes are available to them despite the amount in order to become a part of this great opportunity for easy leads.

Can an agent have more than the maximum of 30 zip codes?

No. We ask agents to focus on a maximum of 30 and no more zip codes for two reasons. One, because we would like to provide our website to as many agents that are interested and agents holding more than 30 zip codes each would hinder this process. Two, because we want agents that are truly specialists in a small number of zip codes as opposed to agents that simply want to gain as many leads as possible without being able to provide an accurate CMA of a zip code.

What should an agent do if no zip codes are available for them?

As this will become more frequent as time progresses, we ask that agents take the time to email a list of all zip codes they are interested in to info@valuesinfo.com and Customer Service Representative will provide the agent with as many zip codes as possible from the list.

How can an agent receive the contact information from the original lead sent to them by email?

The first agent that can fax a signed referral fee agreement to our office, we will send ONLY that agent the contact information of the original lead sent to them. As an aside, we also suggest the agent register on our website as well.

What if an agent has registered and has become activated but hasn’t received any leads?

As this is based the fluctuation of the public and its need for houe value reports, we cannot guarantee you will receive a lead everyday. However, there may be days you will receive many.
